Verify the game files in Steam (right-click the game → Properties → Installed Files → Verify), update your graphics drivers, and restart your PC. The game uses anti-cheat, so make sure your antivirus or firewall isn’t blocking it, and launch from Steam rather than the .exe directly.

Stuck on the loading screen or can’t connect

Accepted Answer

A broadband connection is required. Check whether the servers are in maintenance, restart your router, and try again. If one server is overloaded at launch, a less busy server for your region usually connects faster — but note your account is tied to the server you choose.

My gift code won’t redeem

Accepted Answer

Enter the code exactly as written and complete the captcha. Rewards are delivered to your in-game Mail and can take a few minutes to arrive. Codes are often region- or server-specific and expire, so a code that works for one player may not work for you. See our codes page for the current working list and the exact redemption path.

The game runs hot or stutters

Accepted Answer

Lower the graphics preset and cap the frame rate in the in-game settings, and close background apps. For smooth performance the recommended GPU is an NVIDIA RTX 2060 or equivalent — see the system requirements page.

Will I lose my progress? Where is my save?

Accepted Answer

There is no local save file — your progress is stored on the server and tied to your account, and it’s cross-platform between PC, Android, and iOS. To recover it, log back in with the same account and on the same server you started on.

Question 6

The download is stuck or keeps failing

Accepted Answer

Make sure you have enough free space (about 20 GB on PC, 16 GB on Android) and a stable connection. Pause and resume the download, or restart it from the store client. On mobile, downloading over Wi-Fi is more reliable.
